According to the program, the approach that prioritizes a sustainable and balanced growth composition will continue next year. Within this framework, the Turkish economy is projected to grow by 4 percent in 2025, aiming for a composition that does not create demand-driven inflationary pressures.

To preserve the stable and healthy structure of the economy while achieving strong, inclusive growth that supports employment, applications that maintain macroeconomic balances will continue, and monetary, fiscal, and income policies will be conducted in full coordination.

Under the program, public investments will be concentrated in efficient sectors. The production of high-value-added products in the industrial and services sectors will be encouraged. Policies to reduce energy dependency and prioritize the development of renewable energy resources will also be prioritized.

Taking into account developments in digital transformation and the green economy, investments in these areas will be increased to enhance global competitiveness and achieve environmental sustainability. With growth balancing internal and external demand, employment and private sector investments are expected to rise.
